Stylish Loft Apartment in Mexico10 photos
This private apartment in Mexico came to life thanks to the implementation of the ReUrbano program, dedicated to the reconstruction of homes damaged by the 1985 earthquake. The modern apartments are located in the historic Colonia Roma district in Mexico City, which was hit the hardest. High ceilings and stone walls allowed for a second floor, accessible via a stylish staircase. The first floor features an open living and dining area with full-height ceilings and industrial-style black-framed windows. The second floor houses the bedrooms, walk-in closet, and office. This interior features a minimal furniture set—only light chairs, poufs, and two tiny side tables in the living room create a sense of spaciousness. The contrast between dark heavy wardrobes and light furniture with thin legs enhances the composition's minimalist elegance.
