Eclecticism in Spanish Interior Design
A balcony spanning the entire length of the apartment, three antique fireplaces, high ceilings with decorative moldings… it's impossible not to fall in love with this house in the very center of Madrid. The building, dating back to the end of the nineteenth century, is an architectural monument; some facade elements were preserved, while lost ones were reproduced with maximum accuracy. The new design brought freshness and lightness into the interior. First of all, the space was given a modern and convenient look by connecting the living room, library, and kitchen to create more freedom and light. The rooms are decorated with black and white marble, which serves as an excellent backdrop for works of art.
