Apartment in Kyiv by SVOYA studio6 photos

Designers from SVOYA studio created a private space where everything is arranged for peaceful rest and serene life in a busy metropolis. The client, True Apartment, wanted to transform a three-bedroom apartment in Kyiv into a two-bedroom one with a spacious area combining the kitchen, living room and dining room, as well as a bedroom zone with a shower and a large wardrobe. An important wish was to create an atmosphere of maximum "honesty" — use natural materials, only original items and support Ukrainian producers in finishing elements and furniture. Following this principle, wooden shingles from the Carpathians were used in the living room area, and decorative items by local potters were applied in the hallway. The apartment is adorned with elements of object design from SVOYA studio and paintings by Anton Sokolov.
