Designer Loft in Sofia26 photos

Architect Dimitar Karanikolov and interior designer Veneta Nikоловa presented the Loft 9b project in Bulgaria. Having lived several years in London, they returned to Sofia, where they found this small but interesting attic space, which took two years to design. The central place in the loft interior is given to a large black cube, behind which is the bathroom, and under it is the building's elevator shaft. The terrace, adorned with green vegetation, also plays an important role, not only decorating the space but also protecting residents from prying eyes, considering the extremely close proximity of neighboring houses. Vintage furniture and decor items coexist with unique designs created by the loft's owners. For example, the bedroom cabinet is styled like an old suitcase, and its idea formed the basis of the new Loftcase brand.
