Modern Apartment in Kyiv by Baraban+20 photos

The G9 apartment project was presented by the design studio Baraban+ led by architect Nikolai Gulyk. This private residence with a total area of 265 square meters is located in the heart of Kyiv, Ukraine. Panoramic views from the windows offer impressive sights of the city and the Dnieper River. The comfortable and functional space is controlled by a 'smart home' system using an iPhone. The central element of the residence interior is a three-meter art object made of metal, serving simultaneously as a wine cellar and bio-fireplace. In fact, this bold art installation conceals a concrete column in the center of the room, which was originally intended to be removed to enhance spatial perception. Modern furniture and brightly colored decor items complete the look of the residence. The project took 9 months to realize.
