Photo Wallpapers: Sakura in Bloom
Japanese-style room

Photo 1 — Photo wallpapers don't always have to feature a photograph of a blooming tree. Sometimes, a simple illustration is enough for a stylistic interior solution.
The image above shows a typical example of a Japanese-style bedroom: sliding doors, imitation paper partitions in the storage area, simplicity of forms, and interconnected elements of space form a complete, cohesive interior.
Japanese style in bedroom interior can also be interpreted in a modern way. For example, an image of blooming cherry blossoms adorns the bedhead, and the minimalist design is achieved through the use of identical forms and no more than two or three colors for furniture, finishes, and decorative elements.
In this case: black for furniture outlines, white as the dominant color, and natural wood tones to emphasize the naturalistic motif of the interior design.
Paper lamps and minimal furniture elements reduce the design to a simple, yet practical minimalism. A plush rug enhances the perception of comfort, while mirrored surfaces in the storage area visually expand the room.
Truth be told, apart from the image of blooming cherry blossoms, nothing else here evokes Japan. In other words: is a sakura image really necessary?

The next image can be considered exemplary for several reasons.
First, only one wall is decorated with photo wallpapers — the image is not spread across multiple planes simultaneously, which greatly simplifies the perception of both the image and the room.
Second, absolute simplicity of forms.
The rectangular shape of the room, the bed (both mattress and a minimalist frame), the window frame without crossbeams, and the circular shapes of the bedside lamps and candles placed abundantly on the wall opposite the window create a clear harmony in the bedroom interior.
Third, the minimalism we've already discussed. There are no unnecessary lines or shapes in this room.
Notice the ceiling: perfectly flat surface without hanging central lighting fixtures — just a few rectangular recessed spotlights embedded in the ceiling membrane are sufficient. The other walls, apart from the one with photo wallpapers, are left uncluttered.
A few words about lighting. Pay attention to how light is used here: a large window lets in ample daylight during the day, and on overcast days, ceiling spotlights placed on the opposite side of the window provide illumination (correctly: why duplicate a light source?). Before bedtime, you can enjoy reading, illuminated by a floor lamp placed near the bed.
There is no storage space in the room. The bedroom is not a wardrobe. There's no room for extra items, and the room is not used for any other function. This interior makes it clear: this is a place for sleeping. Leave all other tasks outside the door when entering.

Photo 4 — Compare this interior with the previous one. In which one, in your opinion, could you truly relax?

Photo 5 — To create a Japanese-style image of blooming cherry blossoms, photo wallpapers can be divided into sections and each secured at a small distance from the other.

Photo 6 — Blooming cherry branch — photo wallpapers applied on a multi-level frame to create an illusion of spatial depth. Looking from the window toward the bed, you see a complete image without interruptions. Just take one step sideways, and you'll see the frame's segmentation.
