Sauna Superstructure 3x4 Kit
A compact 3x4 sauna superstructure can easily be integrated into a site where a house, country villa, or dacha has already been built. This small structure allows for a convenient sauna room, shower area, and a relaxation space.

The foundation can be either strip or pile type. With a strip foundation, you can additionally install a basement or a spacious cellar.
Standard Kit for 3x4 Superstructure
The standard kit includes:
- 3x4 superstructure, five-walled design, internal mortise, 'in lap' joinery;
- height from 2.1m;
- ceiling joists;
- roof sheathing;
- roofing felt (rubberoid);
- ceiling cladding (vagónka);
- floor joists;
- finished floor;
- gable cladding (vagónka);
- window units – 2 pcs;
- door units – 2 pcs;
- foundation blocks.
Not included in the base kit:
- delivery beyond 100 km;
- interior and exterior finishing;
- plumbing, ventilation, sewage, and electrical connections;
- design and decorative detailing.
Installation of a stove is not included in the standard kit and must be ordered separately.
If you choose a turnkey sauna superstructure, you can include all necessary services:
- finishing of the superstructure;
- installation of a shower cabin or tray in the washing room;
- installation of benches in the sauna room;
- stove installation;
- plumbing, connection of utilities, etc.
Turnkey construction means you can immediately start using your new sauna after all paid work is completed. The price for a turnkey 3x4 sauna starts from $5,000.
Detached Veranda

You can significantly increase the useful area of a compact 3x4 sauna. Simply order a superstructure with a detached veranda. Its size can be from 6m². The cost of a detached veranda starts from $500.

Attic (Mansard) Roof
With a 3x4 sauna, usable space nearly doubles when the superstructure includes an attic. Additional area reaches up to 10m². The cost of a mansard roof starts from $700.
Price for 3x4 Sauna Superstructure
The price for a 3x4 superstructure varies. For example, a ready-made kit, including delivery and assembly, costs around $3,000. However, finishing work, stove installation, and utility connections are not included in the kit price.
