8 Great Ideas for Decorating a Small Entryway

Glass Partition

Diagonal Floor Layout

Perforated Board

Mirror Door

A mirror in the entryway can be more than just a wall fixture. If you have very little space, place it directly on the door, as in Cubiq Studio's project. White walls help enhance the effect, since everyone knows that light tones expand space.

Plywood and Groove Box

To save space, designers from INT2 Architecture installed a universal plywood and groove box in the tiny entryway. You can hang clothes on one side, and use the other side as a bookshelf.

Mirrors + Dark Ceiling

You’ll be surprised, but the area of this entryway is only three square meters. Studio Michael Novinsky’s designers used an interesting trick: they covered the wardrobe frame with a mirror panel. They visually lifted the low ceiling using graphite-toned paint.
