6 Ways to Zone Space Using Partitions

Using Ribbed Partitions

Using simple laminated wooden beams, designers from the studio "Forma Domа" divided a small area into several functional zones: bedroom, kitchen-dining room, and living room. Behind one of the partitions, they even installed a small fireplace—resulting in a cozy look.

Or Glass

A great way to add privacy to a room is to separate zones with a glass partition. Even an interior in dark tones will feel calm, intimate, and airy.

Architects from the studio CENS architects replaced a wall between the kitchen and living room with a glass partition, adding light and spaciousness to the space. A curtain can be added to such a partition if desired.

Build a Partition from Glass Brick

Designers from Koshka Interiors found a solution and built a partition between the bedroom and living room using glass brick. The partition visually expanded the apartment space and filled it with light.
