If our language were whisky, there would be no difficulty in communication. Accept and drink the wine I offer you, and you will easily, intimately, and precisely understand what I mean.

Without unnecessary details, distances, or limitations, the design of The X Macallan bar by Jingle Design perfectly interprets the scene of whisky consumption with friends, creates a melody of classic style, and forms an immersive space beyond the hustle of urban life. "In designing The X Macallan bar, we continued our philosophy based on commercial logic. We not only endowed the space with beauty but also provided practical solutions to maximize its profitability and value," said the designer.

Design should break stereotypes, reframe interaction scenarios, and strive toward business goals within the logic of profitability and market trends, as well as beyond creative formulas and aesthetic laws. The control of wall and floor colors integrated with large sections is one of the strategies for cultural orientation in this project. By avoiding excessive decoration, the vast space, stacked oak barrels, and matrix arrangement create a unique sense of space—time flows intertwined with artistic concepts.

Hundreds of silent oak barrels, like a massive art installation arranged in order, reflect light and shadows with imprints of time. This becomes a metaphor for modern art creating an experience in space and time.

Entering the space, people feel as if they're sitting in an Irish pub, enjoying an atmospheric film by Wong Kar-wai or immersing themselves in romantic blues. Diverse retro styles will satisfy different guests, allowing them to enjoy comfort and intimacy.

The design of the mezzanine effectively activates the commercial area on the second floor, as well as air, color, and scent, expanding the artistic concept from the known to the unknown. Looking down from the second-floor platform, the entire space appears as an axially symmetrical composition. Changing with movement lines, viewers' attention is drawn from the barrels on either side to the center bar, achieving a smooth emotional perception that culminates in a public space at the end of the central axis.

Combining wood and metal, the bar counter gleams in light, allowing people to experience a classic bar atmosphere while the metallic background brings them back to reality. It's truly an extraordinary experience.

"There is no need to add any patterns to a material if it can be fully and skillfully used, since decorative beauty is secondary and artificial, whereas material beauty is natural and original."

Under appropriate soft lighting, the space demonstrates an original sculptural beauty. Its details—whether the rough ceiling texture or sturdy wooden beams—touch the heart with the purity of materials.

The wall structure built under cliffs possesses a rough and robust texture, bringing original and natural joy to the wild space while also realizing a sense of eternity that has endured through time. This creates a balance between art, design, and commerce.

Surrounding glass wine racks resemble elegant storefronts in a unified sequence, each containing a bottle of wine from another year. This unique styling is not only interesting but also showcases the taste and charm of the space.

Creating an immersive experience, designers use leather sofas and wooden grilles, along with a bright orange accent color, to form a space that unites human emotions and thoughts while protecting them from the noise of the outside world.

Beautiful scenes exist beyond time and space, creating new experiences and possibilities. Jingle's design for The X Macallan bar perfectly combines market needs and functions with spatial aesthetics, creating a classic atmosphere and endowing the space with the ability to create value.
