A blessed era when leading artists, painters, and writers would come for summer holidays to the Mediterranean coast to recharge their spirits. All these places were created as a tribute to the artistic and refined spirit of those precious, glorious yet understated years when Ramatoul and its neighbor Saint-Tropez were already inspiring retreats long before they became 'must-see' destinations.

From the entrance hall to the restaurant area, the address looks like a blank canvas where everyone can bring their dreams of the Mediterranean to life through antiques and custom-made unique pieces. Ceramic plates, artisanal jars, and wooden trays pay homage to the genius of Jean Cocteau and Roger Capron. The genius is also reflected in the famous plate crafted by chef Eric Canino, twice Michelin-starred at La Voile. This humble yet warm chef curates a menu that naturally honors the region, favoring light vegetarian and refined cuisine.
