We belong to the second group, with smaller bedrooms — if we can have more space in rooms where we spend time awake. This doesn’t mean having a bedroom where barely any movement is possible with a large bed placed inside. No, there should be enough space for storage and movement, but we don’t need a reading area in the bedroom or a workspace or a vanity table and so on.

This will be more like a loft where the living room and kitchen occupy over half of the house. If you look at the plan, it will become clearer. The bedrooms are small but the loft honestly doesn't need much — it has a separate laundry room, balcony, wardrobe, full bathroom and toilet, 4 large windows in the living room… just perfect. The theme of bedrooms and their size depends slightly on how we use them. There is no better or worse here — everything depends on our lifestyle and tastes. What do you prefer?
