Jinké City Light by AOD
In the latest project, Jinké City Light – Sales Center and Showroom in Junli, AOD creates a vibrant embodiment of community life with the concept of urban living. Located in the central part of the newly developed city of Junli, with complete infrastructure, the designer aims to exceed expectations for future lifestyles among the higher-income groups and create modern housing through diverse experiential scenarios and a youthful community atmosphere.

Natural Gift, Idyllic Light Shadows
"Urban dwellers always have beautiful expectations of nature. We want to demonstrate clean spatial brightness by redefining the balance between nature and city." Light is an invisible material. Objects are carriers of memories for people to express emotions. In the ultimate contrast between light and shadow, between flat and cubic forms, the designer creates a unique philosophy of art in the shadows of sparkling patterns under light.
Light shadows form a poetic picture. With fewer rigid elements and greater emotional appeal, the designer showcases life's essence. In an era of rapid development dominated by experimental consumption, instead of temporary fame, AOD aims to create a high-frequency communal living space, enhancing residents' experience through comprehensive elements.

In this project, the designer integrates life aesthetics, community social communication, leisure and entertainment with other elements, allowing residents to embrace an ideal lifestyle. Poetic light, forest shadows, natural life and café culture harmoniously blend in the space, enabling residents to respond with a lifestyle aesthetic, returning to boundless poetic fragrance, calm and quiet.
As a connecting link between space and residents, from the refined handling of café to leisure time, the cozy café area becomes a landscape of humanistic and life characteristics. In this space, residents can sip coffee, relax without the hustle and bustle of the city.

Art Infuses, Diverse Life
From AOD's perspective, design moves in a new direction, influencing people's lives continuously. A good designer must be a deep observer of life. "In general, design means lifestyle to some extent."
In clean wooden finishes with blinds, the space is full of diverse forms of life, creating a dialogue between people and nature. Using wooden materials, intertwining elements demonstrate harmonious relationships between nature and art, showing the endless brilliance of nature.
Warm beige and wooden tones blend with several green shades, forming a natural palette that demonstrates light poetry. The collage landscape becomes an accent, through which the designer builds a soft emerald-green lawn, wavy hills and abundant forests, reflecting residents' expectations and imagination about nature.

As a natural corner, the space connects life and poetry. "Like the progressive approach of 'embedded structure' in literature, we integrate forest, café, community and life into the space – embracing cool air through dense forests, surrounded by clear greenery and pure sunlight, cozy and serene."

The main task facing real estate agents and designers is researching the enduring value of sales centers to meet community life needs. Considering the interconnection of 'market, space, product', from a lifestyle service perspective, AOD creates an indicative exhibition of natural landscape and forest aroma based on 'Co-Living Hall'. With cultural elements like café and the core distinction of modern lifestyle, the designer integrates landscape design with life experience, enhancing spatial practicality and realizing commercial value through future lifestyle integration.
