PLAN WITH THE BEST IDEAS FOR A STUDY ROOM

They made a few strategic furniture decisions. «If you look closely, the entire perimeter of the apartment is used for storage», explains architect Mar Marcos. The most important thing is the distribution into three key areas:

• TV Area: In the living room, facing the window, a TV area was created with a second custom sofa and a custom bookshelf. This hides the TV using a movable panel.
• Office: At the end of the living room, an office transforms into a bedroom when the owner's daughter comes home. Sliding doors open or close it. A custom bookshelf in the living room continues into this bedroom and provides storage.
• Dining Room: It is located next to the table. Again, custom furniture serves as a great helper. The aesthetics are the same: white with exposed wooden shelves.

THE KEY TO A COZY LIVING ROOM: CLEAN BASE

One of the great successes of this floor was having a clean base:

• White and earthy warm and light tones. We chose a base with paint, window sills, curtains, a rug and several white and sand-colored cushions.
• On the sofa wall, window sill and painting create a perfect balance. They are neutral tones, creating a good contrast with brighter ones like the green sofa.

DINING ROOM, WARMER WITH WOOD

In the dining room, they chose light wood. Wood is a common thread to add warmth to all spaces.

They looked for light wood that blends well with other materials. In the dining room, designers custom-designed a solid oak countertop. With fiber chairs and a lamp, it looks magnificent.

They also aimed for floor color matching, and replaced it. Since this was old parquet, they replaced it with oak planks. They achieved unity in all rooms and a more modern style.

SEMI-OPEN KITCHEN WITH A MINI OFFICE

The kitchen is white, with very wide custom-made drawers. It also has another important element: drawer fronts and cabinet doors have an overlapping decorative profile, which together with antique-style handles provides a cozy atmosphere.

VERY FUNCTIONAL MINI OFFICE

This small square wooden table is perfect for everyday use. They decided to design a custom bench to get extra seating.

VERY USEFUL BEDROOM

The key to using the bedroom was to use soft colors — white and beige, which expand it. Also leave the windows clean and install linen curtains in a raw shade that let through very warm and cozy light.

LINEN HEADBOARD

The linen headboard can be removed and is very convenient. The wall is also covered in linen. The goal was to combine it with a very soft gray tone, which added warmth to the bedroom.
