As a rule, apartments by the sea are not lived in permanently. However, this is no reason to let the renovation fall into disrepair. In this collection – only well-thought-out interiors for comfortable relaxation in summer and winter.

One-room apartment in Yalta

The initial layout of the 45 square meter premises assumed a combined kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom and a combined bathroom. Since the owners planned to relax here with their grown-up children, it was necessary to provide a maximum secluded space for different generations. See how the architect Tatiana Kazantseva coped with this task.

Small apartment in Gelendzhik

Anna Muravina worked on the layout of this apartment for a long time, trying to take into account every square centimeter. As a result, on 52 square meters it was possible to find a place for a bedroom, a living-dining-kitchen room, a large bathroom and a closet-dressing room. But the small apartment looks even more spacious thanks to decorative techniques and the designer’s skill in creating illusions.

Three-room apartment with panoramic windows in Sochi

All rooms in this apartment are located along panoramic windows, and utility rooms have been moved closer to the opposite wall. The kitchen is located opposite the window: it practically dissolved into space. The main storage is concentrated in dressing rooms – there are two of them in the project.

At the request of the customer, the designer Evgeniya Matveenko bet on a light color palette, and as accents she suggested using textiles and decor in Tiffany colors.
