巴塞罗那市中心的现代主义复兴

位于巴塞罗那繁华的圣胡安大道上一座19世纪现代主义住宅建筑YLAB Architects进行了翻新。他们让这座历史悠久的住宅焕发新生，加入了现代舒适与优雅。客户是一对热爱巴塞罗那的澳大利亚夫妇，他们希望建筑师将这间长期闲置的公寓改造成一个既适合接待客人又能日常居住的精致居所。

挑战在于：在保留受保护的历史遗产元素如诺尔瓷砖和装饰性天花板的同时，重新设计布局以满足现代流通、隐私与功能性需求。

空间重构与功能规划

YLAB将公寓分为入口走廊两侧的两个独立区域：

• 一侧：公共和接待区域——客厅、餐厅、厨房及通向阳台与庭院的出口

• 另一侧：私人区域——一个独立的公寓，包含卧室、浴室和衣帽间

这种双层配置使接待客人和私人休息得以同时进行。

入口大厅中恢复了原有的彩色玻璃窗，营造出历史遗产在新项目中的氛围。深棕色漆面木质饰面——包括地板边缘和门窗框——贯穿两个部分，创造出视觉统一性和感知流畅性。

材料与饰面

YLAB选择了精致而克制的色调，强调旧有与新元素之间的和谐：

• Bauwerk石灰漆在非饱和色调中映射诺尔瓷砖的色彩变化

• 定制漆面家具采用半哑光表面，与墙面颜色相呼应，强化连续性

• 深色漆面木质饰面与踢脚线为空间提供框架，平衡明亮表面

• 大尺寸 Laminam Calacatta Michelangelo（柔软表面）用于厨房台面、浴室墙面、洗手盆及淋浴间墙面

每种材料均经过慎重选择，兼顾耐久性、触感与与保留的瓷砖和天花板的协调。

照明、细节与体验

光在这里扮演核心角色：充足的窗户、反光表面和柔和对比增强了深层内部区域的亮度。深色装饰框架不仅连接房间，还营造出柔和过渡和空间节奏。

在门厅，柔和的彩色床与内置深色漆面衣柜和隐藏式间接照明相结合。玻璃隔断定义了工作角落。接待区可通往城市阳台和后院，厨房与客厅在开放式布局中结合，采用悬挂式台面。

浴室设有镜面柜、浮雕玻璃隔断和悬挂式浴缸，仿佛漂浮一般。内部设计显得优雅、温暖且精准。

遗产与现代舒适之间的平衡

翻新过程中充分尊重建筑的保护地位。原始窗户被替换为高性能木质结构（Roi），在保持视觉连贯的同时提升了保温与隔音性能。空气管道通过现有门洞和薄天花板布设；照明及控制系统集成，对历史细节的干预降至最低。
