Projekt NPL.Penthouse opracowany przez biuro architektoniczne Olga Akulova DESIGN został zrealizowany w Kijowie, Ukraina. Rezydencja znajduje się na 30. piętrze kompleksu mieszkaniowego klasy biznesowej „Nowopecherskie Lipki”. Penthouse należy do młodego mężczyzny, który nie mieszka w Kijowie stale i rozważał zakup nieruchomości jako inwestycji i tymczasowej rezydencji. Powinna ona stać się miejscem życia i odpoczynku w kręgu przyjaciół, zachowując oryginalne betonowe sufitu i panoramyczne okna.
