Like other old apartments in this part of the city, the residence was small and had an inconvenient layout.
To achieve a feeling of spaciousness, architects carried out some reconstruction. Three separate rooms – the living room, bedroom and office – were merged into one, creating a large communal area in the apartment.
Designers installed a new fireplace, making the room cozier and more elegant. They also left one of the steel columns open to showcase the soul of the home.
Classic white walls and ceiling are accentuated with black strokes from the metal beam and column. Solid oak flooring and an abundance of indoor plants bring a touch of warmth to the home's atmosphere.
